Delivery Area

We ship within Germany and to selected countries in the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us in advance.

Shipping Costs

Within Germany, shipping is free with no minimum order value. International orders are subject to separate shipping rates.

Delivery Time

Orders within Germany are typically delivered within 5–8 business days.

Deliveries within the European Union usually take 8–14 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to high volume at shipping carriers.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped insured via a reliable carrier. Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

You can cancel within 14 days, and on top of that we grant you a voluntary 30-day return window. Return shipping is at your own cost.
