Delivery Area

We ship within Germany and to selected countries in the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us in advance.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is always free — no matter how big or small your order is.

If you would like to track your parcel, choose tracked delivery at checkout for €3.90. It is free on orders over €100.

Delivery Time

Within Germany, free standard shipping typically arrives within 4–8 business days, tracked delivery within 2–4 business days. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to high volume at shipping carriers.

Shipping Method

Free standard shipping goes out as a large letter with Deutsche Post. If you would like to follow your parcel online, choose tracked delivery at checkout: it ships as a DHL small parcel with its own tracking number. Either way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order leaves our studio.

And if something does go wrong: if your order never arrives, we will send a replacement or refund you. That applies to both shipping options, free shipping included. Just get in touch.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

We want you to love your AVA piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Simply reach out to us and we will take care of everything. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
