Returns and cancellation

You can send your order back. Here is how it works, where it goes and what it costs.

Statutory

Withdrawal, 14 days

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. A clear statement to us is enough, an email for instance. No conditions are attached to this. You may examine the piece as you would in a shop.

Voluntary

Return, 30 days

On top of that we voluntarily give you 30 days from delivery. For this we ask that:

  • the piece is unworn and unused,
  • it comes back in its original packaging.

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by this.

How to send it back

    Send a short email to hello@avaatelier.de with your order number.

  2. 02

    Pack the piece well and send it as a letter or small parcel to the address below, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

  3. 03

    Once it reaches us we refund the purchase price to the payment method you used.

Please address the parcel to “Paul Stürken” only, without the addition “AVA ATELIER”. Otherwise it cannot be delivered.

You cover the direct cost of the return. If a piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one, we cover it — just write to us.
