What materials do you use?+
Our jewellery is 18 or 14 carat gold-plated or plated with 925 sterling silver. All pieces are nickel-free.
How long does shipping take?+
Free shipping within Germany over €50. Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days. You will receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?+
You have a 30-day return right. If you are not satisfied, reach out and we will take care of it.
How are the pieces packaged?+
Every AVA piece arrives carefully packaged and ready to gift.
How should I care for my jewellery?+
Store your pieces dry, protect them from water, perfume and creams, and clean them with a soft cloth.
